SPRING STORAGE

Prior to spring storage it is Lounsbury's policy that all machines be inspected and minor repairs completed. Machines are then prepared for storage. As a snowmachine operator you may be aware of minor items that should be repaired. You need to document them and be sure Lounsbury snowmachine maintenance or resident manger is aware of the repair needs. Writing out the needs and attaching it to the machine is the best method.

Each machine will be inspected and prepare for summer storage.

Put the recommended amount of gasoline stabilizer in the gas tank so the gas does not become stale. Turn off the gas with the inline gas valve. Start the snowmobile and run the carburetors dry by allowing the machine to run until it quits.
